Hi! I'm Cathy Wagner and I love to shoot pool! I think it's one of the greatest games in the world. It includes all the elements: body, brains and guts. And it's fun! What other game lets a girl go out on a Friday night with just enough money for a drink and a game...only to end up playing all night!

It's also a great way to meet people! Everybody needs to socialize, but who wants to sit around and wait for someone to talk them?! It's way more fun to pick up a stick and get to know the people around you over a game of pool! That's right, you can get to know someone by playing with them; things like, how fun they are to be around, if they're smart and what kind of temperament they have. I think shooting pool is a great first date!

Women Who Can Shoot Pool Are Sexy!

I meet so many women who wish they knew how to play pool. They sit on the sidelines and watch me play. They get excited for me when I win game after game and very often approach me to say they wish they could play like that. I say, you can! It just takes some practice.

What I don't normally say is, I've been playing pool for over 30 years now...that's a lot of practice! I've also had several wonderful mentors over the years in various parts of the US. I'd guess I've played thousands of games against hundreds of opponents. While it has been a comprehensive education, it's certainly not the fast track to learning this great game!

How Much?

I really enjoy giving pool lessons! Heck, I love any opportunity to play pool! So I've made it really affordable. Each lesson consists of one hour of instruction and one hour of straight play and costs only $45. Many students are happy to start with just one lesson to get them on track and package deals are available for those who need more.
